Electrical
Auckland / Auckland
Suitable for NZ Citizens & Permanent Residents

Locations where roles available: Auckland | Hamilton | Christchurch | Queenstown

We specialize in large commercial and industrial projects. We need apprentices who are tired of hand-holding and want to be treated like professionals. If you want to be a top 1% sparky, you need to work on top projects.

The Role:
You won’t be chasing residential renos. You will be assigned to large, complex site.

  • Focus: Industrial installs, large-scale commercial builds and associated trades such as HVAC, mechanical, security and data.
  • Location: Home base is New Zealand wide. Some projects require travel; we handle all logistics/accommodation so you can focus on the work.
  • Autonomy: We give you the instructions once. We expect you to execute.

Who You Are:

If you can’t manage your own time, don’t apply. We are looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum 1.5 years on tools (Commercial/Industrial preferred).
  • Competence: You understand site safety and don’t need a shadow to ensure you’re working.
  • Reliability: You show up early. You communicate before there is a problem, not after.
  • Eligibility: Currently enrolled in an apprenticeship or ready to sign into one immediately.

Why Join Us?

  • Consistency: Full-time hours
  • Breadth of Skills: Master specialty environments (Refrigeration, Security, Industrial) that make you more valuable in the marketplace.
  • No Micro-management: We respect your work. If you perform, we stay out of your way.

You must be living in New Zealand and either currently on an apprenticeship or eligible to start one.

If you are ready for steady work, clear expectations, and the chance to build a strong reputation across quality projects, we would like to hear from you.
